    Nicholas Rauber, Louisiana Dentist and Prolific Philanthropist

    Dr. Nicholas Rauber practices dentistry at Aesthetic Dentistry Group in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In addition, he provides volunteer care for patients in need of dental services as well as sits on the board at the Greater Baton Rouge Community Clinic. Dr. Nicholas Rauber’s professional outreach also includes celebrating National Children’s Dental Health Month each February by volunteering his dental services to the Give Kids a Smile program.

    A lifelong Louisianan who grew up in Metairie, a suburb of New Orleans, Dr. Nick Rauber earned his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University (LSU), majoring in zoology with a minor in chemistry. During his undergraduate years, he joined the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, also known as the Fiji. He stayed at LSU to complete his DDS at its dental school, from which he graduated in 2007. As student government president his senior year, he helped student programs recover from the effects of Hurricane Katrina. One of Dr. Nick Rauber’s projects, the Clay Pigeon Shoot tournament, continues to be one of the most successful student fundraisers at LSU.

    Dr. Nicholas Rauber supports a number of charitable causes, including Miracle League at Cypress Mounds and Trinity Outdoors Disable Adventures. He also cofounded Outdoor Wish Foundation, a group that provides hunting and fishing trips to such individuals as children with disabilities and veterans of war
